Jodie Emery

Jodie Emery has joined Conley & Company as a Regional Managing Director specializing in building senior management teams and boards of directors.  Her clients include leading and emerging companies as well as private equity groups, hedge funds, venture capital and banking groups throughout North America.  Her services include team building, assessment and succession.

Ms. Emery brings a wealth of relevant knowledge to the firm, and her clients, from more than twenty years of operating experience.  She has held senior management and CEO roles that included re-structuring, start ups, mergers and acquisitions and two IPO's.

Prior to joining Conley & Company, Jodie was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, Highland Partners and Korn/Ferry International based in Stamford, CT.  Before beginning her search career, Jodie was President and CEO of Jackson and Coker Inc., President and CEO of StarMed Inc. and Division Vice President of Norrell Corporation, Blue Arrow plc and the Upjohn Company.

Jodie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Hastings College and a Master of Science degree in Health Care Management from Colorado State University.
