Nancy M. Schwartz

Nancy Schwartz joins Conley & Company as a Principal specializing in building senior management teams and boards of directors. Her clients include leading and emerging companies as well as private equity groups, hedge funds, venture capital and banking groups throughout North America. Her services also include team building, assessment and succession.

Prior to joining Conley & Company, Ms. Schwartz was a Principal at Korn/Ferry International, Highland Partners and Heidrick & Struggles.  Before beginning her search career, she was Head of Research at Yarmouth Group, and a principal ballerina touring throughout North America.
